Ninety of Adelaide's finest chefs and food media attended
our recent Adelaide PorkStar event at Sparrow Kitchen &
Bar. Our guests enjoyed a remarkable meal showcasing pork
flavours and styles prepared by celebrated chefs Mathew Goodlet and
his team, with guest chefs Lachlan Colwill (The Manse) and Tim
Montgomery (Bacchus Restaurant, Newcastle).
