Our Sydney PorkStar was destined to be the food industry
event of the year - taking place at The Wharf Restaurant with
stunning harbour views as a backdrop and featuring celebrated
international guest chef Fergus Henderson, along with Tim Pak Poy
and his team, how could it not be!
Our guests enjoyed a true, unabashed celebration of pork as they
feasted on Fergus' amazing nose-to-tail menu.
