- Ingredients:
300 g trimmed pork leg steaks
Black pepper to taste
2 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced
1 red capsicum, sliced
3 spring onion (shallots), sliced
1 tomato, cut into slices
1 small handful coriander leaves chopped or shiso leaves
shredded
1 handful mint leaves, chopped
2 tblsp, chopped roasted cashew nuts
Dressing
Juice from 4 limes
2 heaped tsp honey
½ chopped red chilli (optional)
1 tblsp fish sauce
- Cooking Instructions:
Season the pork steaks with black pepper.
Cook in a medium frying pan for 2-3 minutes each side until done
to your liking. Add salad ingredients to a bowl, with sliced
pork steaks. Toss and drizzle with dressing.
