‘Sizzle steaks’ otherwise known as ‘minute steaks’ are thin and cook very quickly, giving them their name. Because of their quick cooking times, sizzle steaks are the perfect quick and easy meal-time solutions for the busy and time poor.
How to Cook Pork Sizzle Steak:
- Preheat a pan to high. Season steak with salt and pepper and a little oil.
- Cook for 1 ½ minute without turning.
- Turn, cook for another minute.
- Rest on a plate for two minutes to allow the juices to settle, slice and serve.
