Liz Borgo’s Sticky Pork Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 500g lean pork mince
  • 200g dry noodles of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of chopped garlic (5 cloves)
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 bunch of broccolini, roughly chopped
  • 200g shredded coleslaw mix
  • 3 spring onions, finely chopped
  • ½ cup chicken or beef stock

Stir Fry Sauce

  • ⅓ cup hoisin sauce (or char sui sauce)
  • ⅓ cup salt reduced soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar

To serve

  • crispy chilli oil, sesame seeds and sliced spring onion (optional)

Tips:


Add variety with different vegetables – try chopped Asian greens, baby corn or capsicum. Choose gluten free noodles if needed, like flat rice noodles.
