Air Fryer Pork Loin Chops (Serves 2)
Ingredients
- 400-450g pork chops (2 per pack)
- 40g butter, chopped
- 2 small garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons thyme leaves or 1/2 teaspoons mixed dried Italian herbs
Air fryer cooking instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
- Pat pork dry with paper towel.
- Rub pork on both sides with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place pork into air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes depending on thickness until golden and just cooked through.
- Remove from air fryer, cover and rest for 3 minutes and serve.
Lemon, garlic & herb butter drizzle
- Melt butter in a small frying pan over medium-high heat. Swirl butter around
the pan, leave to cook and bubble for 1 minute. - Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
- Stir in lemon juice and thyme or dried herbs. Cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon over the chops and serve.
Tips
There’s no need to turn the pork during air frying.
Allowing the chops to rest after cooking helps keep meat moister and more tender.
